Tea Museum

Kanan Devan Hills Plantations Company (P) Ltd. (KDHP) owns the tea estate, which goes back to the 1880s. The museum first opened its doors to the general public in 2005. The tea museum in Kerala's Idukki district commemorates the history of tea plantations in the state's mountainous region. The museum, which exhibits curiosities, pictures, and machinery representing a turning moment in Idukki's thriving tea industry, was opened by Tata Tea. The museum, which is located on the Nallathanni Estate, is a homage to the pioneers who helped turn Munnar into a major tea plantation centre.
